You are excellent at what you do. The business you’ve created requires your specific, unique set of skills. Your business also requires high level administrative support and efficient systems. You may not have the skill set or time to properly manage the administrative or bookkeeping side of your operations. But we do!  

Who we are

Admin Slayer is a virtual Executive Assistant company made up of a close team of experienced Canadian professional administrators, each of us knowing how to run back end operations: client service, calendar management and follow-ups, task management and completion, process and procedure creation and maintenance, social media management, and much more.

Each client is set up with a team of two Slayers, who will come to understand your business like it’s their own, and work with each other’s strengths to provide the best service possible. You’ll wonder how you ever managed without them!

We do all those basic yet vital pieces that are required in every single kind of business, no matter the industry - efficiently, effectively, and professionally.

Margaret, Kristen, Rowan and the team at Admin Slayer have been a joy to work with. At Admin Slayer, it’s important to us that your administrative needs are met with reliable, high quality professionals. We don’t have “juniors” who need supervision or review - you simply get the best.

Our small bookkeeping team is also top notch with Ellen leading the way with her immense technical knowledge of bookkeeping, budgeting and cash management.


Brittany – The Proactive Slayer

Professional Experience: 15+ Years

A seasoned former legal assistant, Brittany has a wide variety of incredible skills. Have clients that require gentle but firm reminders? Brittany’s kind and patient (yet relentless!) follow up will get them running toward you. Need your processes documented to the nth degree? Need an important job done? Processes not as efficient as they could be? Brittany is super thorough and detail oriented, will listen and ask all of the important questions, so she can deliver exactly what you’re looking for, correctly and on time. She breathes efficiency and proactively finds ways to streamline your repeated processes.

Margaret – The Resilient Slayer

Want someone who can manage the Jenga puzzle that is your life? Need to know that all the things that should be done are being done on time, correctly, and in order? Margaret is your Slayer. Passionate about scheduling, organizing, and deadline management, she’ll keep you in line. At the same time, she knows how to handle sudden changes, and can ensure that your business adjusts when the punches start rolling.


Rowan - The Versatile Slayer

Professional Experience: 8+ Years

Rowan’s kind and peaceful spirit is a wonderful asset to the Admin Slayer team. She is an adaptable Slayer who effortlessly dives deep into the processes her clients have set up and is quick to suggest better solutions for tasks, maintaining pro-activity at the forefront of her values. Rowan’s positive attitude, openness to change, and flexibility make her a top-notch Slayer.

Morgan - The Purposeful Slayer

Our Manitoba grown Conscientious Slayer, Kristen, supports her clients by problem solving her way through obstacles effortlessly. Kristen is insightful, compassionate, reliable, and a true collaborator. Her ability to cook up ingenious solutions to every-day-problems all make up the ingredients for one super Slayer!


Lindsey - The Perceptive Slayer

Cheri – The Systems & Software Slayer

Professional Experience: 15+ years

Cheri knows just how to fix that snafu in your email, transfer your data, update your website, and answer that question that you don’t even know the right way to ask. With more than 10 years in information technology, marketing, management, teaching, and much more, Cheri has a quick mind you can rely on to solve those weird problems only a technophile could truly enjoy.


Julia - The Structured Slayer

Professional Experience: 10+ Years

A natural project manager who cares about people, Julia is the scheduling ninja you’ve been dreaming about. Julia has a problem-solving, organizational mindset that has you arriving at every meeting prepared and energized. She’s clever, well organized, and not afraid to face the unknown in order to help you sort out what can feel like enormous chaos. With more than 10 years of experience working in administrative and management roles, Julia will help you to juggle all those balls in the air and make sure that nothing is forgotten.

Smart as a whip, adaptive, and creative, Tracey has been vital in the building of accounting businesses for decades. With knowledge and experience in everything from procedure creation, IT, quality control and bookkeeping, Tracey manages much of our operations and designs the systems that keep us evolving.

Shannon – Co-Founder, Co-CEO

Professional Experience: 20+ Years

Shannon is our original Chief Slayer. She’s cheerful, professional, and people just love her. She’s a passionate leader, caring deeply for the team and community she’s responsible for. Her tenacious need to ensure all the details are attended to filters down through her client work and all aspects of our business operations.

Krysten – Former CMO, Co-Founder

Professional Experience: 15+ years

With well over a decade in finance and startups, Krysten is a mastermind of systems, marketing and anything that needs to be made more efficient or attractive. Her contributions to Admin Slayer during its first 7 years resonate throughout our environment. Krysten now devotes her efforts fully to Spring Plans, a company she and Julia also built.

Julia – Former CEO, Co-Founder

Professional Experience: 20+ years

A business strategist and finance professional, Julia gathered the original Admin Slayer team together to help her move forward in her own enterprises. After almost 7 years of providing guidance, leadership, strategy, and financial oversight to Admin Slayer, she is now giving her full attention to her financial planning firm, Spring Plans.
