It's beginning to look a lot like summer! On the west side of Canada, many of us have been enjoying bright sunshine and warm weather over the past few weeks. After a long, weather-weary winter, you may be looking for ways to spend some time outdoors. We want to help you get there, and we know delegation (surprise!) will get you there.
To help you delegate even more, we've been running the Delegate Like It's Your Job series, with excerpts from The Art of Delegation, with Part 1 in March, Part 2 in April, and now Part 3. If you've been holding off because you hate cliffhangers (we understand), now is the time to catch up. You'll want to have all your systems up and running by the time July and August arrive, so you can spend your sunny days near glistening waters, surrounded by family and friends. Or all alone - you know, whatever floats your boat.
Before you head off on your summer holiday, we recommend you get your work space in order, with tips and tricks from Crystal Roche from Project House (who just got back from an amazing South American trip with her family - because she knows how to delegate!). Want the most productive office space possible? Read more here.
Speaking of productivity, Margaret (The Resilient Slayer) knows how to manage fitness, food, family and so much slaying, and she shared it all with us in her Day in the Life. You'll find out how she manages everything on her plate, including the tools and software programs she can't live without.
Coming up in June, the Admin Slayer team will be getting together for our third annual retreat, an opportunity for us to share our wins, collaborate on our vision for the future, and really bind our team together. We're absolutely amazed and honoured that Slayers have chosen to fly in and drive down to the southern coast of BC from all over Canada to spend a day with our leadership team and the always-amazing Pam Schmidt, our facilitator. Watch our Instagram account and this newsletter for updates. In the meantime, here's our update from 2017: Why Admin Slayer Retreats Don't Suck.
