With his unique insight and observations, Franco focuses on emotional governance, something often missing when preparing the next generation. If the human side and key relationships are being overlooked, structures will fail.
Working with members of a multi-generational family business to help manage their legacy fulfills Franco’s purpose of creating a safer world. Seeing the transformations in the clients when they understand why they do what they do and how that impacts their relationships is powerful.

How We Help
Franco partnered with Admin Slayer several years ago as a solution to tackling those administrative functions that are required for a business to run smoothly. Being able to walk away from the overwhelm with organizing his meetings or preparing documents and instead handing them to his Slayer team has given Franco the ability to focus on what he does best.
With Slayer Margaret anticipating needs and putting into place things Franco hadn’t even considered important, Franco finds much value in something he didn’t even see coming. Slayer Carla uses her creative side to bring Franco’s complex concepts to life in a simplified digital illustration, capturing exactly what Franco is trying to convey.
Franco appreciates that with his Slayer team managing his calendar, Fridays are protected as “Creative Days”, which gives Franco space to cultivate his big ideas. Just as important is the downtime they carve into his schedule following lengthy international travel to prevent burnout.
When so much of Franco’s time is focused on emotional security, he is grateful for the certainty of his Slayer team.
